01How it works

Three habits, one portfolio.

Keep living the way you already live. EarlyBird turns it into an investment portfolio in the background. Roundups to the nearest dollar, a weekly transfer if you want to add more, and cashback on every swipe once the EarlyBird Card arrives.

02The math

A coffee a day,
a portfolio over time.

Grab your $5.50 coffee, and the leftover fifty cents rounds up into your portfolio on its own. Investing spare change that compounds into real ownership in the next decade of private assets. Same morning routine. Very different ten years from now.

04The thesis

Wall Street sold our generation
a casino.

DraftKings. Polymarket. Robinhood options. Kalshi. The fastest-growing financial products of the last decade aren’t investments. They’re zero-sum bets, designed to extract money from a generation that was never given a real seat at the table.

EarlyBird is the opposite.

What they sell
  • Sportsbook parlays dressed up as investing
  • Prediction markets, options, leveraged plays
  • Yield-bait checking accounts
  • Crypto rewards as a marketing wrapper
  • Points programs that expire

  • A licensed advisor and fully transparent records
  • Diversified ownership across private markets

05Questions

Asked, answered.

What is EarlyBird?

EarlyBird is an automated investing service that turns everyday money into ownership of startups, real estate, and art. Round up your spare change or set a weekly amount, and a licensed advisor invests it for you across curated private-market offerings. The EarlyBird Card comes later: a credit card whose rewards become real shares instead of points or miles.

How do Roundups work?

Link the card you already spend with, and EarlyBird rounds each purchase up to the next dollar. A $5.50 coffee sets aside $0.50. Once your spare change adds up to $5, it is invested into your portfolio automatically. You can turn Roundups off any time.

Where does my money actually go?

Into curated private-market offerings: early-stage companies, income real estate, and soon fine art. A licensed advisor reviews every offering before a dollar moves, your money is spread across many offerings rather than concentrated in one, and every holding appears in your portfolio by name.

Do I need to be an accredited investor?

No. The offerings EarlyBird curates are open to all U.S. investors, not just the wealthy. There is no income or net-worth requirement to start.

What does it cost?

EarlyBird takes no carry, meaning no cut of your investment gains, and the EarlyBird Card will have a $0 annual fee for early access. Full pricing and terms come with your agreements at account opening.

Is my money safe?

Your bank connection is encrypted, and EarlyBird never sees or stores your login. When money is invested, it moves through regulated partners into each offering rather than sitting in our accounts. Safe handling is not the same as a safe investment, though: private markets carry real risk.

Is this risky?

Yes. Private investments are risky and illiquid: you can lose what you put in, and returns are never guaranteed. That is why a licensed advisor vets every offering and every dollar is spread across many of them. Treat it as long-term money.

Can I get my money out?

Cash you have not invested yet, yes. Money already invested works differently: private investments do not trade like stocks, and most offerings hold your money for years with no promise of an early exit. Invest only what you will not need soon.

When does EarlyBird launch?
